Cannot join servers

Hi,

Everytime I try to join a server I get the error message " Addon 'exile_client' requires addon 'a3_3den' ".

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you verified the cache of the game, and that didn't help, are you using a legitimate copy of the game?

Yes, I bought the game on steam and I've played exile before.

Only now am I having trouble.

Yes, and I've reinstalled it multiple times. Still get the error message.

If you are still getting that error message, something is still corrupt. The game is the best answer.

Nope, reinstalling the game didn't work either.
