Vehicles lights always on

Noticed that the Exile_Car_HMMWV_UNA_... vehicle always has its lights on. You can't turn them off (kinda hard to sneak around at night). They stay lit even if the vehicle is shut off and parked. Also, when the driver turns lights on, a bright light appears 1m above the vehicle that is only visible from the front. 

I understand this glowing ball that appears is the light source, but it usually isn't visible to players (on this vehicle it is). Also, need a way to completely turn off all lights on the vehicle, especially for hiding it at night.
