Exile 0.9.8 All prices are red

I'm in the process of updating my server and I went to a trader and I can't buy anything. I have plenty of poptabs but the prices are all red. The trader entries have the extra line added to them for the new version. Did I miss something? I hope this is a common error that is fixed with some new setting I'm not aware of.

I believe from a vid I watched you need the required respect to buy certain items.

Actually I set mine all to 0 and everything is red

I've got plenty of respect. This is my test server so I just give myself whatever I need to test it.

The only mod is Infistar. I haven't even modified config.cpp. I've added my own traders because it's Esseker. I always make sure all the default stuff works before I start adding the mods in again.

If that fixes that, it's great but it's not a solution. I'm sure this didn't happen in the RC and I know other people probably aren't having this issue. There must be a config setting causing this to happen or something related to the database. If anyone is NOT having this problem, can you tell me if you wiped your database or just ran the update SQL?

I wiped db, but I am having an issue that it shows me that I can buy stuff, but when i click purchase nothing.
