Database Problem

Hi, I've been having problems for a few weeks within my Exile Server, it's just a server for me and a couple of friends to play PvE/P on. I usually got "Error: Character Creation Timed out" then I redone my whole database and am just getting "Waiting for server to load" now, I believe this is something to do with my database. Actually, disregard this, I've completely redone my database and am using the 0.9.40 - 0.9.41 to update it then I'm using the 0.9.41 - 0.9.60 and it comes up

Wipe the database and run the latest SQL file. It should be enough.

i have simalr issue here and i have tried running sqls from 1.0.2 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 even after wiping each time and downloading fresh copys of @exile server 
from the website
