[SOLVED] steal flag problem

I was at coords 232172 on the salt lakes and there is a flag here named "TEST" and i tried to steal it, it came up with steal flag so i selected it and i got a message saying "you are too far away" how can i be too far away when i got the option to steal it in the first place lol i then went up close as i could and one, two three steps away and still same message....... thats weird cuz i managed to break into EICHI@s base twice this week and invoked the steal process with no problem..... now i am wondering, is it the fact that the TEST flag at 232172 is just a flag and no building materials at all used that it is causing this problem, anyways over to you
