Building objects vanishing

Couldnt see this mentioned, but noticed tonight multiple times when building that the objects were vanishing as we place them. Only happened to the Metal fences, Wire fence and H Barrier when i was testing. It takes the magazine but doesnt build the object. It was working fine then once it happened to one of us, it seemed to happen to both of us constantly from then on.

yeah i had it with razor wire fences but i reported it twice but fell on deaf ears
