No scripts.log & script restriction #0

Hello i'm getting script restriction #0 
And there is no scripts.log generated for me to look at, so i cant edit the filter what do i do.

nvm i got it 
now im using one of the BE Filter tools that are stickyed this is my error.

and this is what it tells me to fix it as

i put that on +2 lines of line 0 as the directions say and still getting the same error.
