strange error in rpt

Hey guys 

I redit my server and now its giving a config.cfg error

Warning Message: '@ExileServer\CONFIG.cfg/Missions/Exile/' is not a value

not sure if its a big issue but getting some lag and sometimes doesn't start all off the cpu cores and have to restart again. Any idees on how to fix this and if this could be causing my lag.
