uav control

hey guys, was wondering if somebody know how to add the uav's on the server, im an admin, and would like to be able to spawn in a uav raptor or any drone, but cant connect them to any terminal ? i know they have been disabled by exile but how do i activate/add them so this is possible

any help would be nice
