Are you trolling? A handful of these mods/mission systems are for DayZ Epoch (Arma 2) Another handful are part of the game already. And for the most part the rest are drag and drop....   Not trying to be harsh, but you should at very least be capable of installing these mods/scripts before starting the 1019th live exile server.

And on another note, if you're not running from a dedicated server, you really need to watch the AI count. Most rented virtual servers are barely capable of running at max player capacity let alone support 50+ AI.

Eh, im not trolling. Some of whats mentioned above is "offered" by two different hosting services that I dont use, under Arma 3 Exile. So anything listed that isnt usable, I wasnt aware of because I was misled. Im simply listing all that im interested in. Im capable of understanding how to do things, if im given some direction. Im just unsure of some of it.

For starters, DMS and occupation together are more than capable of producing more missions than any server can handle if you config them in that manor.

Start with adding DMS, it is literally the easiest addon you can install. Once you have it and it spawns missions, move on to occupation.

No need for any kind of self bloodbag as Exile has an instadoc which heals you, and you can use it on your self. Snap building is also default in exile mod. Towing and lifting are default in arma 3.  If you can get this far on your own, I will help you / teach you to add the few other mods you have listed that are actually compatible with Exile. And I don't want your money in return for any help, I just want you to learn about what your getting yourself into.  I'm also not trying to put you off from starting a server, I'm just telling you paying someone to setup and leave you with a server you don't know shit about is a bad idea.

Note, you need to use the test branches for dms and occupation, otherwise the occupation vehicles explode when the last AI dies. Incase you don't already know, DMS is found HERE and Occupation is found HERE The download links on each page will take you to a github, click the branch dropdown on each and select test branch. Then click download zip on each.  I use them both and they work well. And like I said, take heed when setting up the configs, too many AI will kill your servers performance.

Ill be more than happy with just DMS and Occupation. And the rest sounds good. Thank you for that info so far. Where im at is, the missions are not spawning in by just adding the created PBO to the addons folder. So ive had to create my own folder (for DMS). So, where do I find/add the launch parameters for the server, so that itll launch the mod? In addition to DMS/Occupation, really what im looking for is RHS/MAS/CUP weapons and vehicles. Thats really it.

DMS comes in folder form (a3_dms), you need to place that folder in @ExileServer\addons,  then right click it and pack into a pbo.  Look in the config and set debug to true, this will make the mission spawn faster for testing purposes so you dont have to wat around 10 min for a mission to spawn.  I'm guessing you have a control panel of some sort, find and download the most recent rpt and open it up with notepad++, do a search for DMS. You should find a line like this:

"DMS :: Initializing FSM mission script"

This means that it is installed and working.

As far as mods, rhs,cup....  you need to download the mods and place them in the root of your server. Open command line manager, create a custom command line that calls in the mods. The drop down menu should be pretty self explanatory. There should be a little box that says mods or something of the sort. in there you will name your mods like so,  @Exile;@RHSAFRF;@RHSUSAF;@MASV;@MASW;@CUPW;

I wouldn't recommend using RHS, MAS and CUP altogether as they overlap gear wise massively.  Choose the one which gives you the most of what you are looking for, running all 3 will just cause unnecessary problems.
