I even used a conservative calculation: all votes div average daily players. Hard mode: yes votes into all, 0.02% or a fifth of a tenth of one percent.

Try getting the active exile playerbase to vote on something in a hard to find forum thread, its not exactly out there. Plus they made up their mind already so they dont need to advertise it to everyone because they are simply going to do it.
