Server wont start

Ok, so all of a sudden my server wont start. Not sure why, havent edited anything except for one mission pbo. I only changed the amount of missions that spawn from 4 to 3 and repacked and uploaded to server. Here's my super short RPT

You find a Fix im getting the same  but I edited the Exile_Server_Config.pbo and getting 14:40:42 Error when creating WIC imaging factory:
