From Windows to Ubuntu

Hey guys,
I was wondering if it is possible to transfer all my A3 server files from a windows server to a ubuntu server, without any files not working. Or do i need specific files that are compatible with linux?

You will need the binary for extDB2 (called extDB2.so) and of course the Linux-specific arma3server-binaries, other than that you need to make sure that all folders/files are all lowercase, but then it should be pretty straight-forward.
