Vehicle lock when Player inside

My question is, if you you can change it that you can lock a Vehicle when n other player is inside the Vehicle.

At the moment you can lock the Vehicle when anyone is on the driverseat from outside.So other players can`t steal the vehicle when shoot them player out and the player who is inside cant get out of the Vehicle.

Hi, i have see many problem with this, many player steel vehicle in combat, when the player inside his armed vehicle is on turret other players come in bambi to steel the vehicle, for me it's a forget it feature or it's for force player to be two or more into vehicle .
