Server Not Fully Loading

I started a dedicated server so i can play exile with my friends and with hopes others to join at some point. But right now i keep hitting wall after wall with issues. But currently my big problem is when i have people join, the game will connect to the lobby and after they say Okay it loads into the game but instead of a person spawning the screen will go completely black. IT wont allow you to press the escape button and the only way to exit is force closing the program. I've tried Restarting the server, I've even tried a steam update through the control panel. If someone could help me that be so awesome. 

Also the server host im using is Host Havoc, and im using their control panel.

The mod's im using is Exile (most current version) and A3xAi (AI Mod)

Should be under your logs in your control panel.

Okay i have a Connection log, Content Log, and a Stats log. Which one do you need?

Neither lol I need the server.rpt

You can get access to it through ftp or file browser through your panel.

It will be in the folder where your exile config and all that is.

Host Havoc has a Log viewer button on the control panel.  There you can download the server reports.

Have you properly configured your exile.ini

The server was working just fine last night.....we logged out and came back to it today and it does this!

I'm not sure if it's related but our Host Havoc server has been having crazy database connection issues the past couple days.  I'll bet that's your problem.  We submitted a ticket, you should too.
