sure, you just need to find the correct Objects you want for this.

 

it should be fairly easy now with great addons like the m3den editor scripts etc.

just give it a try in the 3d editor , how you want it to look like and then use the export functions of m3den for example

@hieve Way off base there Hieve lol that has nothing to do with ANIMATION, I can build map edits all day long .. Im looking to animate static ai.. that just hang out like the traders, but not traders .. custom animations .. just looking for direction for the AI not map edits.. 
But thanks for trying :)

ah sry, thought first howto implement those into the objects ..

im sure you can use blender to do your animations and then import it to bohemias Tool (oxygen in this case)

30seconds of google gave me this one:

the problem is just, it's custom content , so you need a mod for using these
