High Heat Temps Require more water

Maybe this has already been implemented, but since we made cold impact body temp, how about we make heat impact body temp as well.  Causing you to have to drink more water or use more Gold Bond Medicated powder because of sweaty croch issues, etc.  Thanks.

Yea this is what I've been thinking about. Also temperature ratings for clothing, and vests, so you might take the lighter lower capacity stuff when it's hot. Also there should be some postprocess effects for when you're dying of freezing or heat/thirst.
