Mr Sin 119 Report post Posted March 11, 2016 I do not seem to have the ban.txt folder that infistar is supposed to store bans in. I have had a couple of people that have been automatically "banned" by the anti hack but they are only kicked are able to rejoin the server.
infiSTAR 1293 Report post Posted March 11, 2016 It has probably just been kicks then make sure to use the latest version & you should be fine bans are done via arma mp commands -> #exec ban uid and stored in ban.txt (not bans.txt - that is BE stuff) cheers
Mr Sin 119 Report post Posted March 11, 2016 (edited) http://imgur.com/CCIbHUy This is the arma server folder, its the same for both of our servers. There is no ban.txt and infistar was updated on sunday when you made the tp appends. Also the hacklog which shows a ban. http://imgur.com/48ol1Yi Edited March 11, 2016 by Mr Sin
Falcon911 33 Report post Posted March 11, 2016 I don't think that Arma_ban.DLL is used any more since he does not have it in the 40C.

Falcon911 33 Report post Posted March 11, 2016 (edited) yeap. I have seen the banned in my log too. There does not seem to be entry onto the ban.txt itself. So basically after reboot they do come back. Edited March 11, 2016 by Falcon911

One of our admins had to ban someone today, and when he did, it created that ban.txt file and stored the name in there. So yeah, its not there till you decide to hit the hammer.
