[SOLVED] Radiation on Altis = No Autorun or Unlock Menus

When I attempt to enable radiation on Altis it screws everything up.  I'm no longer able to auto-run and when scrolling with the mouse wheel next to anything I don't get menus to unlock, lock, etc.  All I get is inventory.

Has anyone else attempted this with success?

[SOLVED]

Had wrong formatting for location for radiation.
