Option to disable thermal optics

I would really like to see an option to disable all thermal optics in the future.

Currently there are thermal optics on the Strider, UAV, Nightstalker, TWS, TWS MG, Laser Designators, mounted MG, and the Submarine (not that that really matters).

I feel that the thermal optic feature, while realistic, significantly takes away from the gameplay quality.

I realize that I can simply remove these items from my server, but I prefer not to remove much in the way of content. Once the rangefinders are fixed, the nightstalker and TWS scopes will still be very useful.

For now, we have simply adjusted prices on these items to make them less preferable.

I realize that some servers will want to keep thermal optics enabled, so I would merely like to see it as a True or False option in the config.

The server I play on removed all the thermal scopes and thermals from vehicles.
