Can't close error messages

So I am getting this annoying error messages that I just close and ignore, but when I load exile through the launcher when I press close nothing happens, the error stays there and I have to press ALT+F4 in order to leave the game. Needless to say that I cannot play my mission either...
This is so strange I have never seen this before.

Here is an example for an error message, I press CLOSE and nothing happens:

Doesn't work sadly.

It has everything to do with Exile because if I don't load Exile through my launcher the problem doesn't occur.
Currently just running my own mission trying to further develop it for my future server.

I think it has something to do with the map, because when I press my left mouse button the cursor of the map pops up for a brief moment.

normally its only one tab, but try hitting it twice or three times, when you have the close button selected, it should flash for a moment (or maybe it stays highlighted, I haven't had to bypass this error in a while.) Also it might be spacebar, not enter, again, I can't remember.

I wasn't aware there were any maps currently included in Exile. (maybe in a few hours they will release Namalsk ) What map are you opening when you encounter this error?

It's possible you are getting that error because you don't have Cups Terrain loaded.

Try opening the game with cups terrains and panthera, or download Panthera from the source at http://www.icebreakr.info/panthera/

 

If you don't have cups terrain, it's available through steam workshop. You either need both Cups Terrain Core and Cups Terrain Maps, or if you prefer a single @folder for them, a complete edition is available. (complete edition not on steam workshop, I think there is a torrent for it somewhere, would take ages downloading from armaholic lols)

I do have CUP Terrains.

Nope not using it. 
And its not a server yet, I am running it on my own PC for now.

Yeah but to use Exile you need to run a server on your PC in order to be able to join the game. Use -autoinit in startup parameters.
