Whenever I try to click on the "HERE" link it brings me to a dead page and whenever I try to join the server it gives me an error about missing textures and crashes my game even though I have everything installed.

Clearing you cache should fix it.

Did you try joining using a3launcher?

 

Edit: the HERE link has been replaced as it was linking to the old server section on exileforums.
