no logs

my data base doesn't generate any logs 

this is all what i have on it

server runs ok. and saves. but no logs on what people does .. selling etc

 

any ideas?

#1. check your extdb-config.ini #2. try updating the .dll from the latest .dll provided from exile. - and i don't think it logs when people sell things, i believe it only logs construction objects, storage in safes / crates, and flag textures.

I think thats it .. the extDB logs will only show the connection and error information I think. No idea about the building or storage.  Either way, dont expect a lot of info in this log.  You are looking for the server.rpt log for all the trader info etc.

I think ... could be wrong, I looked at a bunch of my logs and they dont show anything more than you have.  But my server isnt "live" either so ...

thanks for the help.

i remember seen that sell buy logs. or how can we track how much money ppl had and have now? 

i mean in case of dupers or players stating they randomly lost money?

If players "randomly" lost money .. sucks to be them.  The major complaint about keys for vehicles is when players complain that they lost them so its more for admins to do.  Admins are there to run the server, not hold everyones hand.   As for dupers .. that would be a battleye catch I think.  If you want to track players money, add a script to each player that prints their name, ID and money to the logs every X minutes, or when they log in and log out .. whenever it fits your scheme.

If you want logs i.e what was in the earlier versions of Exile
You need to use Debug Version of extDB2  grab it off the github releases page.

Note: The Debug Version will effect your server performance, its really meant for people creating a mission/mod.
