[CLOSED] Is there a release date for the next patch ?

Is there a release date for the next patch ? A friend of mine wants to start a new server. Hes a very professional scritper and assists big Altis Life Servers in development. But he only wants to start with it after the new patch is released because there will be some major changes and he dont know if he start now if he have to redo everything he does in the last patch.
