Building under siege...

Can you put limitation to building while someone is near your base (not from your group 100-300 meters). It will prevent building during ride. For example we blowing up the main door and suddenly when we go for more satchels 3 other walls shows up... It is pretty irritating. Same when you manage to get into someones base and he locks you inside. I know there is combat timer but its not sufficient.
