 ok, getting kind of confusing because you started two posts on this same subject, so will keep replying on this one only.

I noticed that others with wombat are having DB issues.  Check out this thread, I am a bit confused on where you are at with yours right now.  Double check your db config to make absolutely sure you have the server logging in to the db correctly.  Make absolutely sure they have set the strict mode on mysql.  It may be just as simple of them installed 2013 redis.   Either way, you need to be working this out with your hosting company.

This is why setting up a test server on your own box is nice.  You can make sure you know what you are doing first, before trying to work with a hosting company.

u make an error or forgot a steps when u setup ur sql database

Well the provider set it up i imported the .sql files and edited the file extd-conf.ini with the credentials i need. for the type it is automatically set for mysql do i need to chnage the to phpmyadmin or something

Provider set up the php server for me and it is a dedi server

There isnt a logs folder there only a file calle sql_custom_v2 with exile.ini  inside that

:) thats mean database not imported or ur provider make a mistake when he step up ur database

the only way its to report that to ur provide or i can help u remotly i need to check my self ur database
