  4. Hello all, Old Blood And Guts want to thank all BETA testers since March 2017. We are proud to announce that our server will be coming out of BETA on December 1st, followed by a wipe Join our scheduled server events pre-wipe to get to know all the cool vehicles and gear and get ready for December 1st! This is a fully militarized server designed by members of our gaming community that are former or acting members of military from USA, Canada, UK, France and other countries. Server is heavily customized and we continue to develop it on a weekly basis. Our server is privately hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud and runs on hardware we can upgrade on the fly if needed, running 64bit Exile on Tanoa and it has been in beta testing since March 2017 with over 1000 man hours of customization and playtesting of our admins with dozens of players and groups. Server is running tons of scripts and customized missions and content and it's designed to be tough and unforgiving. As new inmates you will be tasked to secure critical locations and help us take control of the Tanoa prison islands from the opposing forces and any who oppose us. We have weekly Zeus-guided server events that help shape the world based on players actions. Server is fully Militarized with over 500 vehicles, all with custom 41 levels of respect system and matching prices. Our community has many active and former military personnel from countries across the world and we wanted to have all the weapons and goodies available to our most trusted inmates who will have to pay a steep price and have the required respect to get all the cool stuff available. To access the server you can search for "Old blood and guts" in either Arma 3 Launcher on steam or A3L. To get all the mods required as well as all the optional mods we support go to this steam collection You may find more information on all the vehicles currently available on this online spreadsheet with many details (more to come until end of beta). You may join our Discord on our #arma3 channel to get in touch with any server admins or to meet with our community members and participate with us in un-scripted Zeus missions on a weekly basis. While still in beta until the end of the month, we'll be finalizing our pricelist for infantry weapons and gear and a final pass to all our custom missions, loot tables and rewards.     Old Blood And Guts|Wipe Dec 1st!

    Server has been updated and currently adds latest RHS, Fox Cars, USS Nimitz, Sabres' Military Aviation and Secret Weapons (WWI planes, WWII planes and small jets) as well as a few other surprises. Server will stay in beta for another month until we finalize our prices/respect balance - with 41 distinct levels of respect - updating all our custom missions content based on DMS and Occupation (currently 10 in play and with more than 20 in the works).   6. Hi! love this mod! Can I setup a spawn point so that only Halo jump is allowed, not ground spawn? However, all the other spawn points can allow for both ground and halo.. If so,how plz?

  8. Did you make this work? I'd love to see something like this. I don't know how to write my own, wouldn't know where to start, but I noticed that when you unpack a safe, the items within are dropped to the ground. So maybe find that code there and see if it could be adjusted to drop content from vehicle?
  9. Hi, this works (SLZ mod and Exile for Zeus) and you can have Achilles mod as well. I am currently testing with adding some additional functionality to this but don't have anything to share with the community as of yet. The thread linked above has a discussion with what you need to add where to make it work.

    yup, as mentioned I have copied mod folders and config files, battleye etc from my working server to this test instance. all works in default installation with bat file running 64bit exe and db. thank you

    yup that indeed changed the executable to x64, however the errors on rpt logs remain. https://pastebin.com/KDyqLNEg in case you can help figure out what's wrong. How difficult would be to have the -filepatching option enabled?

    so where could one find the link to the most updated version for 1.4.5 with extdb3 support? I am trying to get this to work again (rearming is broken atm, refuel works kinda ok (players can still refuel from huron fuelcrates for free for example) and I don't use the persistent vehicle part.

    Adding mortars

    haven't tried it but I believe mortars are treated like vehicles not weapons, have you tried putting it on your vehicle trader?

    hey @[RG] Salutesh did you have any progress? I am willing to help if you need further testing, got a server with avs 1.4.5 and extdb3 running with VG and everything and am looking for similar solution to what you describe.

    you probably have DMS installed? that makes all AI freeze if more than a configurable distance to players. Once your drone leaves that area freezes on air and resumes if you go closer to it, as it has AI as the driver/gunner in it that you control via your remote. I don't have a solution for you though..

    thanks but that wont be needed, turns out my server had reached the -mod parameter limit and prevented it from showing up correctly on the default steam arma launcher... sigh... all is well and the mission has been added, again thank you for sharing!

    thank you for the prompt reply. Following your steps does not work for me. I have although customized my mission.sqm quite heavily and something must be breaking it then. When the server restarts after the update (merging works fine on its own) the server seems to not be loading the mods correctly, like something is missing. If I ignore all the missing mod prompts and keep all my mods loaded I can connect to the server and the carrier and everything seems to work just fine. So I guess something has to do with my mission.sqm file - onward to an afternoon with sqf!

  24. you can also forgo any changes to your .sqm file and just add the SLZ mod to add zeus. You can look at the below thread that should answer any questions you have regarding how to set it up. https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/189185-seelenlos-zeus/?page=1
