i saw some servers dont have CUP CWA and they running the server fine with Taunus

why?

i just want a vanilla one that i can run the map with and test it ..like it doesnt have to any traders or anything, because what i have loaded is @CUP Terrains - Core AND @CUP Terrains - Maps and @EXILE AND @X-Cam-Taunus (Version 1.1) so i just want a basic one so do u think u can help me out ?
