    I hate arguing but I need to step up on last time to clear out some last accusations you are doing towards us that are not true. When you say "And after the whole sitting and waiting 8 days for infiSTAR to work", that's not true. The owner of the server gave us authorization to stop the server to proceed with the infistar installation at Sunday 10th March at 08:54 and infistar was installed on Sunday 10th March at 11:32 (2.30hours later), then apparently you broke the server and the infistar installation on next day Sunday 10th March at 18:01, we installed it again 2 more times to be precise, one of them was installed by myself, it's not our fault if you break the server or infistar installation when trying to modify the server, please be aware that I'm not here counting the times installation was request, as long as you have the addon, you are free to request installation/update any number of times you want, but please just don't say that it's our fault that you keep breaking it, follows screenshot as proof, I can provide entire ticket if needed. https://gyazo.com/8ad8df44e2613b1d9c48f724a4a15f55 When you say "GTX could have ended the conversation, but they kept on" that's not true. You opened a ticket with us on Tuesday 26th March at 15:50 requesting DLL upload access, and was informed you multiple times that such permission was not possible since you not a trusted contact on the owners account and we could not see any server under your account, you kept harassing our support staff with the same question over and over until the next day Wednesday 27th March at 20:22 when staff was ordered to stop replying you due to abuse and harassment from your side, follows screenshots as proof. But even so, get the server owner to give you trusted contact status, and ill be happy to help you myself, if the server owner it's your brother, should not be hard to request him to give you trusted contact status, the instructions on how to do it are on a previous reply from myself in this topic, or alternatively send me a DM, here, on discord, or send a ticket, and ill guide you on how your brother can give you permissions. I also want to request a Mod to close this topic as it's not creating any productive content or discussion for Exile forums, Me, GTXGaming, and even the server owner, thank you.

    The whole problem here is that you don't own any server with us, you are just managing the server from someone else without being a trusted contact of the owner or registed in his support account. You can't access support area, open tickets or request interaction on that server because you don't have access, you need to get server owner to give you access to support area. We never interact or touch on any customers server without the authorisation of the owner or a trusted contact, and you are not any of them. Sorry if you don't understand this security measure, and why we can't give you access to a customer support area without owner give you permissions for that, at this point we are just repeating our self's and I can't explain you better. Just contact server owner to add you as a trusted contact on his support area, and you will be able to access support area, it's simple and takes you less time than arguing back and forth with staff members and with me here why you can't access a server support area that you don't own or have permissions on owners account. On my previous reply I sent you a screenshot and the place where the owner can give you access to server support area, forward that information to server owner or ask him to contact us and we will assist him on adding you as trusted contact. Ahing else you need from my side just let me know.

    I'm not here to argue with you, but ill try to explain to you in a different way. You only have a sub-user account on the server control panel, but for opening tickets and do requests under servers owner name, you need to be a trusted contact of the owner, you need to have permissions on owner billing account, such permissions are given on owner client area, you need to ask server owner to go to his client area, click on his name on the top menu, go to Contacts/Sub-Accounts sub-menu, and from there he can add you as a "trusted" user, after that you can open tickets under his name (we will see his server details under your account), and you can do any requests: https://gyazo.com/d5f650b66b6110e5df0a71ec09ef8900 Also, we have 2 Customer Support links in our control panel, and both are working I just tested them myself, you probably can't open them, because technically you don't have any server with us, you need to ask server owner to add you as sub-user as I explained above. I understand this can be frustrating for you, but I'm 100% sure you understand that security and safety come first, and we can't just give any permissions to someone "random" that send us a ticket saying that "know the owner" when you are not registered as a trusted contact from the owner account. Please contact the owner, and get him to add you as a trusted contact on his billing account, so you can have access to support area and do requests under his name. Regarding replying your ticket, multiple staff members already replied you with the exact same reply, you need to be a trusted contact of the owner to open tickets and do requests under his name, not sure exactly what we can add more to this reply, when everything has been said and explained to you, we are not here to fool you, just follow our recommendations please If you still have troubles understanding how this works, or if you need any extra guidance on how the owner can add you as a trusted contact, send me a DM, ill be happy to assist you. We don't do this to refuse you any help, we do this as a security measure, we can't give any permissions or interact with customers servers if not requested by the original owner, otherwise, anyone can just open a ticket and say "I'm his brother, please delete this server" I hope you understand this security check it's made to protect server owner.

    @Sgt Smash We host more than 800+ Arma servers, without any lag complains, most of the lag complains we get it's mainly customers with heavy modded servers leaving servers running for days without a restart, or boosting setting behind Arma engine capabilities. I find it really strange you had a server with us, and that you have been playing on that server for 6 entire years experiencing lag on it, did you opened a support ticket at last on this 6 years ? They never fixed the lag for you ? Fyi, Gaming Deluxe hosts on the same datacenter we host, we even share some racks, are you sure that was not mainly a server configuration issue since hardware it's same, control panel it's also same ? That's really weird indeed and doesn't reflect our services, can you send me a DM with your client email so i can open an internal investigation? Thank you.

We don't take 8 days to install infistar, if you have our infistar installation addon we install it for you (after you provide your infistar details) in less than 24 hours, we announce on the infistar installation addon that can take up to 24 hours to install, but it's 99% of times installed in less than 2 hours (depending on the staff available at the request moment), that's why i'm finding really strange that staff took 8 days to install it for you, can you send me your client email on PM so i can open an internal investigation?

    Hi @LawlessBaron I remember you, you had a server with us 3 months ago, you also left a bad review on Trustpilot for some reason, I understand your frustration and wanting to leave a bad review about us everywhere now, but was nothing but all misunderstanding. I'm sorry you didn't had a good experience with us, I indeed attended you one or two times in my shifts, I investigated your complaints and I concluded: Mods taking time installing from mod manager it was normal, big mods take some time to download, unzip on your server, we have a red warning before installing the mod to warn you about that, that some mods can take time to install. Regarding FTP problems, I also detected some timing out on it confirming your FTP issues, but when I got on the ticket and I detected it, you already had canceled the server and you didn't want for me to fix it. Perfectly understandable your frustration, but this is not our quality support standards, sorry you had a bad experience with us, was nothing but misunderstanding and bad timing. EDIT: Just for my personal curiosity, may I ask why 3 months later you are leaving bad reviews about us everywhere? Is there anything that you don't feel resolved with us that I may help ?

Perfectly understand you, and your frustration, to get your server running as fast as possible, we do indeed announce instant setup and fast customer service, but it's not false advertisement, we just run out of stock on your location (Dallas). Indeed we took 3 hours to setup your server instead of the announced "Instant Setup", but our Dallas stock got dry 1 hour before you ordered your server and instead of "stuffing" you on a random machine we preferred to hold your order while we got the new stock prepared and provide you a quality service, yes at the cost of a bit more waiting time, and in deeply sorry for this delay, but like to provide the best quality service possible. I also want to apologise for the fact we took more time to reply than the announced "fast customer service", but this last week has been crazy due to the Conan Exiles release, support being overloaded and being us an EU based company at night (2am~9am) we have less staff, still we have a pretty decent response ratio compared with most of other hosts. One more time, deeply sorry in name of GTXGaming for taking 3 hours to setup your server instead the normal instant setup, was just a bad timing and we run out of stock on your location, your server is already running and I already sent you a support ticket, I also gave you 1 free extra week on your billing to compensate this 3 hours wait, if you don't want the server I perfectly understand you, I can fully refund you, just reply me on ticket or send me a PM here.

    @Super Jerome Yes indeed, i agree with you, people will not learn much of the "background" stuff with 1 click systems, but most people it's not "techy" and sometimes even changing the server name on config.cfg it's a challenge, that's when the 1 click system comes in, giving opportunity to people that it's not so "techy" to have missions, or zombies or any other mod that they always wanted to have in their server but they don't have any idea where to start, also one of the good and main reasons for 1 clicks it's the upload time, if you have a slow internet imagine how much time you would need to upload cup ehehe, but yes i perfectly understand what you mean, it can in some cases promote the laziness on some people and without them realizing they are skipping and important learning part of the basic customization of a server. I believe you are talking about our new Exile, it's still on "trial", but we aim to release it this month, it's being built for people that it's not so "techy" or they are having the first contact with a server back panel, so they can easily install, edit or do any other administration tasks with just a couple of clicks and a friendly interface, and it's also being built for people more "techy" like you that sometimes need to do more advanced tasks that would be only possible if you had your own dedicated machine, that Automatic PBO Replacer it's one of that advanced tools, this should cover both, techy and not so techy people, giving them tools and means to operate a server with the best experience possible.     Hey Super Jerome, Well, I believe most people want to have a nice and customised server and most people don't have the right knowledge to do it, you know some addons are really easy to setup, but some require you some scripting skills that not everyone has, which is normal, from a regular user point of view I believe arma it's not so easily "mod'able" like ARK for example, that's why everyone want's 1 clicks, but i get your feeling, customizing the server yourself, spending some hours tweaking this and that, it's such more rewarding than just 1 click and done. Regarding the comparesite, apparently only if you are from the UK you will see us listed, we are in contact with them to understand why is that happening and get it sorted, thank you for reporting, but my recommendation is always to check the provider page, sometimes information could not be updated, in our case our price it's not updated for example. http://prntscr.com/dslw3b

    Hi @Gjeewaytee, From what I know our servers don't have any problem with the mods or servermods section, the issue you faced was only because you had an extra space on the mod field or was anything more ? Feel free to drop me a ticket, ill have a look for you.

I believe they mean once you download it from the web right-click on it and "Unblock" it https://goo.gl/M2YcAa then when executing it to install it, right click and run it as administrator, so uninstall, restart computer, download fresh copy, unblock it, install it as administrator and fingers crossed
