  1. I just wanted to stop by and say, thank you for this release. I am rather enjoying this on Namalsk.

    Exile and Namalsk Public Test

I am interested in helping. Let me know what aspect needs to be tested and I'll be sure to do so. I'm a software tester engineer by profession.
  3. Hey All, I'd love some assistance with this issue. I'm finally trying to use the built-in auto lock until ready and server shut down but I am having issues with both. I am mainly trying to get the auto lock until ready functioning before moving to the restart. I have other ways to restart, I am just tired of players losing their gear by joining very quickly. Issue: The mission appears to start via logs. However, each time the server unlocks when it is ready, it starts the loop all over again. It'll even get stuck in a #lock state when repeatedly attempting to join. "@ExileServer\config.cfg" does have: I've made sure both the passwordAdmin & serverCommandPassword are set and they are different from each other. persistent = 1; "@ExileServer\addons\exile_server_config\config.cpp" does have: RPT Log:

    Car Keys and Locking

I find it hard to believe it would be impossible to add it for server admins to customize key vrs pin. Maybe not worth your time to implement both or a configuration but it is possible. I hate keys and I hate combinations and I hate pin codes. There is always a solution but it might not be an easy one. You can add more to the database and store a friend list to who has access to what, unless I am being a complete idiot.

    Loot Crates

You could probably use this as a starting point: http://exile.majormittens.co.uk/topic/5604-putting-your-custom-map-contents-in-its-own-serverside-mod/#comment-21597

    Spawn location limitation

I know they implemented a map icon of where your dead body is, you still see this upon respawn, so you would think it wouldn't be all that difficult either. However, would you want to block the user from spawning near their X amount of last deaths? What would stop a user from dyeing, spawning, dyeing, and then picking their first death spawn location?

This is telling you exactly what the problem is. Open up the config.cpp in @ExileServer\Addons\exile_server_config. Your error is on line 2825. You are probably missing a "}" or a "};"

You should just join in on another server that someone has built. >.<

I love this map. The community I create servers for just adapted this for their Exile Server. Getting loot to spawn was fun, I am still having a problem with the little military buildings but everything else seems to be working. Thanks for this map, it is perfect for jets &/or a pure military server!

    Bored with Exile...

This is why we have been working on our latest server project @ MDB. We've been bored with the End Game for so long that we are making more plans for that. The building strength is very high so we thought to Militarize. We are going for a more MMO-scale, longer you play, the more money you make, the bigger the toys you get. Hopefully that wont deter players away from building big structures. Now only if we can break into safes (if you can, sorry thought you couldn't.) With the right balance of available spawning loot, trader prices, and mission rewards. We feel we can achieve a good curve to keep people interested in playing. Currently (and it is still a WIP) it takes (1) player ~2 hours to make around 10-20k popcaps. Now that seems like a lot but it wont get you a very powerful vehicle. The unfortunate part is once you have that nice vehicle, making more popcaps becomes easier. So we are still trying to find that right balance.
