@Bob_the_K doesn't the error appear in either your server rpt log or your local player rpt?

@GrimmReaper85 make sure you run the normal exile sql on your database as well as the escape one. it wasn't obvious to me but I thought i'd give it a go and that fixed it for me.

I've just tried setting up an escape server and also get these errors. I'd be interested to know how to get it running.

@seras - It looks like your post is in the correct forum (unless it was moved) Have you looked at any of the documentation that is actually pinned to this very same forum area? It's full of instructions, easy to use.

we also have this, the file is usually about 30mb in size.

have you opened the ports on the firewall? We had the same issue with one of our servers and although we had it open on windows firewall the physical firewall needed configured also.

I've been using https://armaremoteadmin.com/ and appears to work OK. Not sure what it's like for the client side of things.

Do you have any overrides for things like vector build? I'd remove them if you do until there is an updated version.

If anyone still gets the message about being in enemy territory, even after the change @StokesMagee mentioned. I had to change another override called ExileClient_util_world_canBuildHere I basically did the same as what stokesmagee said to do with that other file.

If the server is locked does that mean that a game is in progress?

What changes are you trying to make? does it work without changes? is it a self hosted server or from a gsp? i'll be home in a few hours and could help you with the basics.

Is it just for yourself and some friends to play on? I'd recommend you self host until you get the hang of things then maybe look at a paid host.

I've had that issue since forever. I've never had a fix for it and our server has been going for almost 2 years.

Will you be releasing it as a separate post on the forum or replying here? I'm interested in using it.

we have the same provider i think, they gave me a list of IPs to try and that's how I got the transmissions to start working but still never receive anything to the app on my phone.

Hi Guys n Gals, I've had the XM8 app running on our servers for a while now and it has been brought to my attention (again) that it isn't working. Can anyone help please? in the log file I have the following;

same for all on the servers, it was them that prompted me to look into it again. I was hoping that someone could check the logs at the exile mod server end.

neither of these work.

Sending messages have always worked as I guess it doesn't have anything to do with the server network. (exile web server -> mobile device). The lower of the 2 servers i have only today managed to get it to receive transmissions so that is why the numbers are so low. Can I check? If I plant a flag then get someone to take it as a test, what should happen ?

Hey man, thanks for your reply. I never noticed the OK part before. I don't receive any update on my android phone when i pay flag or when someone steals it.
