    Base destroying confirmed ?

    I dont have a problem with walls being blown up, but you need have a level of protection/countermeasures. PVP, imply's combat with other player, dont cheapen PVP/Base raiding by turning it into random base griefing by board individuals, while the owner's are off line. 1. not everyone can be on 24/7, and raiding someones base that is not online is cheap. A: Base structures are indestructible, when group members are of line, you could add a 15 min log off or combat log timer. Alternatively, the damage required to destroy a wall can be multiplied, if group members are of line. 2. Floors/Ceilings should be indestructible, or require far greater damage to be destroyed. Construction option make it extremely difficult/impossible to defend your roof or below your floor in the event of a base raid's. eg. One or more combatants provide suppressing fire from distance, while a chopper lands on your roof and places a charge. 3. Timers to Place explosive charges should be introduced, in the range of 5-30 sec and then 1-2 min before the charge can be detonated. In Arma 2 Epoch, It would take 2-3 box's mini gun ammo to blow down a door or a few minutes of chainsawing. 4. The ability to defuse/foil and recover the charges. Most of this has been covered/resolved in Arma2 Epoch and should only be changed if alternatives or counters are available.
