    How to find coordinates

That worked, brilliant. All I had to do extra was alter how many items there were in that class. Considering I used a default mission.sqm with the default amount of spawns it was 10 items in the class in total. Sorted. Thanks so much for your help

    How to find coordinates

Ok so using Athira as an example, I've just been on the 3D editor and put my cursor over the centre of Athira. I now have the following: X = 14027.6 m Y = 18728.3 m So all I need to do is go into mission.sqm and just insert those coordinates there?

    How to find coordinates

Therefore I need X,Y and Z coordinates? My plan is just to open the SQM Copy the Pyrgos spawn code change the name to Athira and then simply alter the coordinates. Am I missing something here?

    Ok, I'll try that. Thanks

    How to find coordinates

But in the mission.sqm for example: class Item2 { position[]={20978.369,27.78056,7045.6055}; name="SpawnSelekano"; text="Selekano"; type="ExileSpawnZone"; }; That's 3 different axis. Could I just get the X and Y coordinates from the 3D editor and slot them in here? Will that still work as all of them seem to have 3 axis X,Y and Z. I was just thinking of getting the coordinates from the editor then alter the mission.sqm coordinates and repack it and upload it back onto the server.

    How to find coordinates

All, Firstly, I apologize if this post is in the wrong category. I couldn't find another relevant one to put it in. I am having trouble adding custom spawn points. I know how to do it (just open mission.sqm paste the code and alter the coordinates etc). The issue is, I just can't for the life of me understand how to get the coordinates. I've looked on the 3D editor built into Arma 3 and loaded up the Altis map and can see an "X,Y,Z" at the bottom left, I scroll my mouse wheel to zoom out the map to try and recreate when someone spawns in (obviously they're going to spawn and parachute out the sky, not just simply spawn on the ground) to get the coordinates but I don't think this is right. Can someone please tell me what to do in the editor to get the coordinates I need for another town. Thanks.

Bright pink icon - no crate

Ahh ok that might be something. I'll have a good scout around the area tonight and see as we've just been looking exactly at the pink marker.

Bright pink icon - no crate

I want to add a crate in with supplies. The supplies can be anything I'm not too bothered about that. I see the pink icon appear on the map and give it about 15 mins before I head out to it. So by the time I get there it's about 20 mins since the pink icon appears however on arrival there's nothing at all to collect. I need to know how to add a loot crate for players to go up to and get a few supplies, beer, water, food, ammo etc.

Bright pink icon - no crate

All, I have a bright pink marker on the map. There is usually around two of them. I'm used to going there and finding a crate which has various loot inside it. On my server, I go to the bright pink drone looking icon and there isn't anything there. I guess I need to add it in myself somewhere. How do I do this? Thanks.
