check the last item in your class CUPArmed and remove the ,

you could match some of the values in your my.ini with the values you have in your basic.cfg. but if you havent made any changes in the basic.cfg there is no need to change the my.ini

whats the kickmessage? maybe provide server and client rpt logs with alot of guessing...copy the serverkey of ryanzombies in the Keys folder in your arma root directory

try to delete your character in the player table... prob. some value is not complettly written to the db.. i guess its the hitpoints field.

you need buildingpositions for the loot to spawn its possible to create them with the following tool http://exile.majormittens.co.uk/topic/389-loot-position-tool/ < use this init.sqf which comes with macas lootpostool for esseker i guess its also working for tavi if you change the map.
