Crunch what scripts are you running on your server maybe it some else plus armored suv that breaks the pawnee? I really with a dev would chime in on this.

Tried both still no nothing, even AI Pawnees don't shoot.

Ever since the introduction of the Armored SUV, anything else that uses the M134 Miniguns has been broken, wondering if the Devs where going to fix this issue?

I am unable to repair the blackfish with tape, I have tried on top, under, left side, right side and even stood up in it.. no matter what I get the error message of being too far away.

I would like to stop the creation of territories near or in cities and towns. It should be pretty simple, by adding an additional call in the ExileServer_object_construction_network_buildTerritoryRequest checking player location vs nearest village, city or city capital. I'm just looking for the correct way I should go about doing this.
