Shoot to Win

I have spent many days working on getting this Exile server up. It has been a great learning experience and I feel it's at a point where I can release it to the public. Keep in mind this server is in an early stage and I want suggestions from players to improve it. The players are what make a server, that being the case, suggestions are greatly appreciated.
