The Intellectual Property Exile Tanoa server is intended to provide challenging missions for solo players and groups. You will find missions of varying difficulty levels, some including armored vehicles that require a little more firepower to takedown. Top tier weapons are not just handed out on here, scrap them off other players or find them at missions or rare loot sites. Militarized vehicles are available at traders, but be aware that for every beast of a tank or attack helicopter there is always a counterpart on the islands that can keep you in check.
