    no wait guys! so many ways to buy thermal-vision atm.. please vote for exile wallhack, that's more comfortable! joking aside. so many server still have those stupid thermal stuff, and i bet 50% of the server owner don't know how to remove these optics or are afraid to lose player, for whatever reason ... it destroy the fights, put it out!!!! .. end of story! and NO, i'am not crying because i got owned by players because of it, i freaking killed everyone without any effort!! IT'S BORING! edit: i personally avoid server with thermal ... 1 week ago i stopped playing arma 3 for a while, because i didn't find a good non-thermal exile server. think about it. i'am not allone.
