The original download link is broken, does anyone have these files available still? Thanks!

This is coming soon. In development are mission files for popular maps like Chernarus, Napf, Esseker, etc. I'm also going to launch script installation and support packages in the near future. You tell us what scripts you'd like installed and configured and we'll do it for you. There will be two options for the support packages. A one-time installation fee to cover installation and initial configuration of the scripts. Price varies on the number and complexity of scripts. Any modification requests will be an additional charge. This option is great for people that know enough to maintain a server, but don't want to be fussed with setting up the scripts themselves. Flat monthly fee. We will install and configure the addons / scripts for you. We will also take care of any modification requests you have. The amount varies based on the number and complexity of scripts being installed and maintained. This option is great for people that want to run a custom server but aren't experienced enough with scripting for Arma, or have the confidence to install and configure scripts for Exile and want someone else to manage it. Watch here for the announcement in the coming weeks.

I have several host machines across various parts of North America and in France. Each machine is spec'd slightly differently. The machines on the West Coast are running on i7's and Xeon E3 CPU's. The machines on the East Coast and in France are running on Xeon E5 CPU's. All of our machines have base clock speed of 3.7Ghz or greater. The details of what motherboard is in our hosts isn't really relevant, but I will say that they're using commercial grade from Supermicro or high end consumer grade motherboards from Asus. When I mention that the BIOS is tweaked, I'm referring to CPU power settings and memory timings primarily.

Of course. There'd be a "professional services" fee for the mod / script being installed, and the complexity of the customization the client would like. I don't currently have this advertised because I didn't want to over-promise and under deliver. Our Terms of Service state: That said, I have helped clients installing some scripts and pointed clients in the correct direction when they're stuck. If desired I would be willing to provide script installation and game customization services. Your example of infiSTAR would be a quick install and as such would be cheap. But it would require that you own a license for infiSTAR and provide the files to me for install. ExAD would be a bit more in depth as it's a much more complex installation, so the fee for installing that would be more than for infiSTAR. A caveat to this would be that I would do the initial implementation, but you the client would be responsible for any future modifications or updates of the scripts. If updates are out of your comfort level for scripting then there'd be a subsequent charge for me to update the script for you. It basically comes down to paying for my time.

I've been so busy working on expanding our network and adding more services that I've forgotten to update this thread. We've expanded our network and are able to provide servers internationally now. We have host machines in data centers located on the West and East Coast of North America, and in France for our European friends. Almost every game we provide hosting services for is available in all locations with the exception of one, Terraria, which is only available on our West Coast servers. We'll continue expanding with demand to provide coverage where it's wanted and needed. One-click installs are detailed here: https://www.killerservers.io/exile-servers.php What do you mean by custom work?

Replace your basic.cfg with the one from the Exile server package off the website. Those setting are way off base. Other than that all I can suggest is to either rebuild or remove scripts and addons until the issue is resolved.

Couple things right off the start, unrelated though. The following mods can be removed from your startup parameters as they're not needed to be loaded on the server. You just need the keys for those mods in the keys folder. @JSRS4APEX;@Blastcore_Edited_(standalone_version); These are what are known as optional client mods. Putting the key file in the keys folder allows people to connect to your server with these mods enabled, but they're not required by your server to join. 20:02:15 Call extension 'extDB2' could not be found Looks like you haven't setup extDB3 properly. Also... why are you using extDB3 instead of extDB2? extDB2 is what ships with stock Exile. Only reason some people use extDB3 is because they want to use the 64-bit Arma3Server executable, but you're not. 20:01:51 "Advanced Sling Loading Loading..." 20:01:51 "Advanced Sling Loading Loaded" This indicates that it's loading properly, but what I'm not seeing is: "ExileServer - Server is up and running! Version: 1.0.3" Which would indicate to me the server isn't fully started up. Also all those lines at the bottom indicate bandwidth issues. Having a few of those pop up on a populated server is fine, but having A LOT of them means something is mis-configured, probably in your basic.cfg file. Can you unload ExileZ and VEMF, start the server, give it like 60 seconds to start up then try joining and then send me that RPT?

Lot of people can't join my server from the last updates of Arma and Exile
KillerServers replied to Remoz's question in Serverside
I can't say for sure that there's nothing wrong, but when I ran servers I saw this all the time. People connecting without the required mods. Some would persist and eventually make it in, others wouldn't try again. You and other's with the correct mods can join right? If so then there's probably nothing wrong. -
help asap! Spawn Menu UI Not Showing On Startup!!!
KillerServers replied to (OSG) Owens's question in Serverside
It doesn't look like your server has started up all the way by the time you try joining. Looking through your RPT I don't see this line: "ExileServer - Server is up and running! Version: 1.0.3" When your server is done loading the game that line will appear in the RPT, until then it's not fully loaded. I don't see any error's in your RPT or in your extDB.log. Why are you asking about "tbbmalloc.dll"? I don't see any reference to it in your RPT. -
Can you upload copy of your RPT file to pastebin and share the link here?

https://www.killerservers.io It is with sadness that I must announce the end of KillerServers. Any existing services will continue to run until February 28, 2018 @ 11:59pm PT, at which point they will be shut down. I started KillerServers a year ago, and though we saw some success, unfortunately our client base never spread beyond the Arma 3 Exile services. This is an expensive game to run, and requires a significant amount of server resources (CPU & RAM) to run, limiting the ability to host more than a few servers per host machine. Life has also taken me in a slightly different direction, and unfortunately this new path doesn't leave me much time to focus on, and manage the systems that run KillerServers. I am trying my hardest, but I don't want to turn into one of those companies that takes 12+ hours to respond to a support request, and have the customers feel like they're being ignored. I have thought about bringing on more people for support, but in all honesty I have an issue with entrusting someone with that much power and privilege over my systems. So what does this mean for you? Effective immediately the billing system has been shutdown, which means that if you're already paid up for current services you'll have free services until the shutdown occurs. Your server will continue to run until 11:59pm on February 28, 2018. Then I will be shutting down the host machines. Service and support will not be affected during this time and I will still be providing the same level of support and quality of service you've come to know. The support ticket system will not be available anymore, the best way to reach me for support is on Discord using the link in the footer of this email, or by email to [email protected]. Thank you for your business, it was our pleasure to provide you with hosting services during this time, and I wish you all the best for 2018. Sincerely, Brian Hill KillerServers.io Owner
