EDIT: Omg, i totally forgot that linux wont reconize capital letters in arma All mods/files must be in lowercase Use find my_root_dir -depth -exec rename 's/(.*)\/([^\/]*)/$1\/\L$2/' {} \; or "rename" rename 'y/A-Z/a-z/' * Two days i was in trouble why any mod wont work.

Yeah mission pbo put what is mission pbo if u mean /mpmissions/Exile.Chernarus.pbo that there it wont work, at least in linux server

And where u put this init.sqf file ? chernarus.pbo or exile_server_config.pbo
