I cannot connect to RCON on my server please help?

Hello, my name is Vermillion but you can call me 'Verm' I am 15 years old, from the UK, and have created my own Arma 3 Exile Server using 'GTXGaming.co.uk' I have a 30 slot package, I pay £20 pound a month to run the server. I am looking for Staff members (15+) who can be mature and take things seriously to work with me to help improve my currently small server into something bigger! I am willing to pay £10 monthly to staff members. (Depending on how much work is done) Roles Developers - Have knowledge of using Mods, Plugins, FTP Services, MySQL Services. Most importantly experience using InfiSTAR AntiHack & Admin Tool. Also has access to FTP Details. Helpers - Helping newbies in the server, Strong knowledge of Arma 3. Statistic Operator - Has access to mArma.io control panel and reports anything unusual to either the Owner or Developers. When I press F1 in my game server nothing happens but according to the console, something has been installed i think? Please help, I have purchased Infistar too.

When I attempt to connect through A3 Launcher, I get the error message 'Error Checking Server 3' any solutions?

I paid for subscription but it still says im a free user Login name is Vermillion
