Firstly, I apologize if this is in the wrong section. I'm fairly new to Exile, and about a month ago I started making some skins for hunters/striders etc. Unfortunately, I realized it was pointless since I didn't want my mission file to turn into a huge download. Over the course of that time I was given rights to use quite a few vehicles from I3lueVein (many more will be added in the near future). Some of the models were complete, and others still need some work before they can be added to the mod. Shout out to him for allowing me to use his models. All in all, it's led me to where we're at today with Frenzied Mod Pack. It's a collection of vehicles, and vehicle skins, which are compatible with Exile. Currently the mod consists of 9 vehicles (standard bv_wheels vehicles), each with 25+ skins, as well as several skins for the Hunter/Strider. The mod is on both Steam, and A3 Launcher. Once you download it, there's a server key included in the download. I'll be adding more vehicles as the configs are completed for the models (there's quite a few). Current Vehicle List: - AMG - Beamer M5 - Crown Vic - Fe *cough* Perrari 458 - GTR Spec V - Ben Dover - Monster Truck (More like just a jacked up truck) - Caressa GT - Mercy Installation: 1. Download the mod from steam 2. Upload to your server directory as @FMP 3. Add the frenzied.bikey to your /keys/ folder 4. Add the vehicles and prices to your config.cpp (or add 1 of each vehicle as base, and reference the skins using skins [] = in config.cpp) 5. Edit server commandline to run FMP as a client side mod -mod=@FMP (or the name you picked as an install directory) 6. Adjust prices to your liking Config.cpp classes Config.cpp Prices Steam Link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=740335696 Couple of Screenshots http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760581412 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760831933 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760581412

I would have done this but I read too many customer complaints where they did this, and months later the people still don't have what they paid for. I charged it back, and just have to go without.

Service: #99218 - i7-6700K 32GB + 960GB SSD Preconfig - $75 a month...mywholesaleinternet.net. The site will say they're out, but you just request that they notify you when one is available, and it will be available in a couple days. *Edited due to dark copy and paste text*

Yep, chargeback activated...
-
Who's got a picture of this for me?
-
Yeah I'm going to give one last horaah to the support team to try to get an answer before I do a chargeback. I really don't want to be that asshole who does a chargeback, but if they don't get in contact with me in the next few days I don't have many other options.
-
I'd like to personally say "fuck TeeSpring". I placed my order during this,, and got charged. I received a confirmation saying my order would be delivered between the 2nd and 22nd of this month. It's now the 27th and it still hasn't arrived. I tried to click both the "email us" and "support" links in the confirmation email they sent me, and both reroute to an invalid website address. Tried to contact them on Twitter, and received no response. Now I've resorted to Facebook, but I'm sure I'll get the same shit. These guys are literally two states away from me and can't get a shirt here.

Eichi, I'm sad to hear this, but at the same time I understand how much of a drain 24/7 development is. I stepped down from a programming position a year ago into a standard IT position because it was sucking the life out of me. Now it doesn't feel like work when I spend my free time coding. I personally appreciate everything you've done. Just as I appreciated everything Deathly did before he ventured beyond ArmA. You've got a loyal fan base, and we'll be there when you look to venture on to bigger and better things.
-
I still haven't gotten mine.
-
Did the shit get delivered already? Guess I need to go check my mailbox...
-
Did you even look at the code? It's doesn't take long to make something work.

Nobody said you were an idiot. It said "please ensure"... Is your Debug on? Are there script errors popping up in RPT associated with ExileZ? Have you tested if the different sections of the zombie deleter SQF to see if they delete in different circumstances? Are your safezone triggers initializing? If you can't answer all of those questions, don't get angry when someone asks you to check the easy stuff first.
-
I sound like a broken record because I always repeat this. Ensure none of your city/military/etc triggers are also in the same general area as your safe zone. By not removing/commenting out the trigger locations that are also associated with SZ's, zombies will spawn in your safezone and rarely die. Spawn triggers take priority over SZ triggers.

{"Billboard Name","billboards\image_name.paa"} would be the proper format if you added a /billboards/ folder to your mission file and put the image in there. *EDIT* didn't see @infiSTAR's post.

Placement of flags/indestructible stuff
brawnkoh replied to BetterDeadThanZed's topic in Feature Wishes
^ This entire comment started from this. The entire point is you can't just move the scroll wheel action to the flagpole for it to work. There is more involved. Nobody has stated that the devs can't do it, and nobody is unsure of as to what your suggesting. Moving an action doesn't change how the action interacts with the player. You have to change how the action functions to get a different result (which you need to upgrade from the flagpole). If my car wont start when I climb in through the drivers side door, it's not going to magically start if I get in the passenger side instead. -
Placement of flags/indestructible stuff

What does any of this have to do with basic functionality of the current system? The basic functionality will not work (out of the box) as you want it to by simply adding it to the flagpole without making a change to how the system currently functions. The GUI currently pulls up ALL territories you are associated with in a drop down. Add that to your flag pole and your going to have the same result. I simply do not understand how much more simply I can communicate that to you. The entire point was that you can't just "add it" to the flagpole. If that were the case edit the ExileClient_Object_player_initialize and add an action for "upgrade flagpole". Let me know how it works out for you... -

if the scroll wheel only had to be moved to the flag pole...You could have two bases and use a secondary flagpole to upgrade the first base with the glitched flag. Secondly you could walk into someone else's base and upgrade your flagpole at their base... You have to think of all the possible outcomes when changing how a system functions. -

It would be more data entry work yeah... But people would be safe when upgrading flags and having large amounts of money on hand. Secondly If upgrades are done at flag you first have to verify that that specific flag is the only one you're able to upgrade. Obviously we have territory ID's to as unique identifiers. But there will need to be some reworking done either route.
