Me and my friends just started a Tanoa Exile server, everything is working fine but not the hardware trader? We can't see a axe so how should we get wood when we cant buy a axe? Please help to fix this issue

So my friend and I have set up a server and we want to test things like traders etc. how would I give myself pop tabs?

I just bought a safe and placed it in my base and changed the pin so it wasnt "0000" but now i can't unlock it. It just says wrong pin
