    Gear disappearing

    I'm not sure if it is the server or my end but for some reason restarts delete my uniform, vest, helmet and nvgs. Used to be just my helmet, wasn't a big deal then and just dealt with it by putting it in my backpack when I get off the server. Is this something that I need to talk to the server owner about or is this something on my end going wrong? All my mods are up to date and everything freshly installed as of yesterday

    Does anyone know of another way to download this HVP mod besides the A3 Launcher? Every time I attempt to download it through the A3 Launcher it will stop at 30 of 51 Files (202.5MB/396.7MB)

    Server Won't Start Up

    So, my server decided it doesn't want to start up. I was editing my traders some, backed-up before even touching them, and kept crashing when I was done. So I used my backed-up mission pbo and it's still crashing, while it's "Reading Mission File" Server RPT: Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.     Trader Editing

    So, I'm trying to customize some of my traders. I've managed to add weapon mods and understand how to add weapons, sight, etc. to the traders. They're buyable and sellable. But how would I go about making some weapons sellable but not buyable? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  7. I'm not really familiar with all of this release, but I can tell you the Virtual Garage is not the same as Shix's. I would just trust his word on what is needed, it is more than likely for a reason.

    Hardly a cry or a complaint bud. Just the fact that there is something to lose/gain is what will bring the excitement back into the game. As it stands now, once you've accomplished gaining the high end guns/vehicles and have a suitable base built then what? PVP? At what cost? Once sitting comfortable at say 150k roaming around in a Hunter with a Mar 10 or a Cyrus and you wipe a whole squad out, why loot them? Your gun is better, your vehicle is better, you most likely have no interest in their gear or vehicle. So stealing their "hard work" isn't the case.

    Would be the ideal limit but we all know that it only takes so many complaints from players to push an admin to change the limit. Unfortunately. After so many cries and complaints towards the Devs for implementing the physical PT, they probably got tired of trying to please everyone who is too lazy to learn how to do this themselves. Good job Dev team though on making great changes to the mod and attempting to please everyone. Must be hard to do so. Thanks for the mod and all your time devoted to make Exile what it is and what it will be.

    You might be right since they are originally from Arma2. Was just a request to see if possible, Virtual Garage is nice for hiding helicopters from the naked eye. But still limits where you can actually use as a helipad unless you've built one with wood or just so happen to have built in some location that you can utilize the surrounding terrain. Still an amazing mod he's built so far and keeps updating.

    @Freakylein Absolutely great mod. But, would it be possible to add something that is big enough for a helicopter to fit in that opens and closes that is lockable? Perhaps the hanger from airfields that have the big door can be open and closable with the ability to put a lock on it? If not then oh well. Great work so far this mod.

    What will happen to the casual player?

    Don't understand the confusion of what the casual player can do to play when this perfect example was already given. Log on. Place safe and deposit PT. Play. Had enough fun for the day? Withdrawal PT and pack up safe. Pick up said safe. Log off. Yeah it restricts the what gear they can keep but if they play with a group or a few other people then I'm sure they wouldn't mind you placing the safe at their base so you can have a sense of a base security with your hoardings. Not to mention most admins will usually help out with this if you like to play but don't really have the time for everyday play time. They are the ones who edit the config to say when a base despawns and when safes become "abandoned".

    Does this unspeakably confirm the implementation of the clans? Friendly Fire If you kill a party or clan member, you will lose 3% of your respect. Victim does not lose respect. Death and frag do not count.

    Most likely will be a majority of servers with it disabled from people not liking the obstacle of having to gain respect in order to buy the higher end gear. Will add a good balance between newer players' and regulars' gear and reign on servers that actually enable imo
