Hello!!! Ive done all the about, yet the Vehicle spawns wont change nor will new one appear I still have the same vehicle spawns since before i changed it!

Hi! does anyone have the cfgLoot settings thing in Config.cpp on the exile_setting file that has CUP and Mas weapons on? i cant get my head around the loottable compiler, and i was thinking, it would help other people out at a later date too ? Any help is grateful... Kind Regards.
