@Dumba$$ @boatdrnx In that post there, click the link and you will fnd all you need to know. Reading the readme file tells you everything you need to know. Within 30 seconds I could see where the base respawn script had come from.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you will not be able to play on the Tanoa map unless you buy Apex. The exile devs have no control over this as it is how BI have decided to release Apex.

Whilst trying to place a Family map marker get this Markers only, the polys work fine (creating, other family member seeing it, deleting). Also the only family member who can see other family members if they are not in a group is the papa (other player shows as red icon). We only had two family members so couldn't test extensively. "xstreme lads" is the family name. Other minor things noticed Supply crates don't appear to be spawning. No warnings of ETA or handcuff markers on map. This was working around RC 10. Shovel won't equip into launcher slot. This was working around RC 10 as well. Shovel was grabbed from the Trader supply trucks. Thermal scanner is still a 'dummy' box in inventory. Only mentioned as i see it as an item on the ground now. For more info ask myself or @kiwigreen as he was testing with me.

I have just received the BONGO BONGO test message but have not yet connected the app to the RC server. Not sure if this is intended. If so please disregard.

Tried this with @kiwigreen an hour or so after you mentioned it in side chat. Worked for us using the same process you mentioned above except the flag is dropped at the base of the pole as a wood box once it has come down the pole. Pick that up and take it to a trader to sell it. Also if you can get the flag box off the person who stole it you can go back to your flag pole and put the flag back up.

Love this! Definitely an outside the box approach. Will these notifications also be available to online players and stored in xm8 for when a player logs in if they or the server decides not to opt into the app service?

Just watched the introduction video for virtual garage on EXO forums and that GUI seems suitable as it is. Not overly complicated and looks clean. Just remove EXO from the title and its another quality asset for Exile Servers. -

To add to this idea, what if the player who manages to stay alive gets more rep for each kill as well, increasing more as they stay alive longer. Resets upon death. -
Seeing as this is a hot topic in NZ at the moment I felt we could vote on the Exile version as well. Silver Fern Flag left, Current Flag right I'm looking at you @kiwigreen for why it's the silver fern one now. I'm not worried if nothing changes on here, more of a fun post that doesn't cost $27 million.

@BetterDeadThanZed, can't comment on what it has better as I didn't use M3 enough before Eden came out to be able to draw comparisons. @red_ned, Give this a try: load M3 editor mod with other mods you are using start 3D editor place objects etc you want as well as one man Preview the mission run the script I linked in the post above run M3 editor You should now have all those items able to be interacted etc with via the M3 editor. @Akumu ikari, not sure if this is the answer you were looking for but here goes nothing. In the 3D editor you can switch between 3D and 2D using the 'M' key, much like you would in game. After all that is said and done its each to their own i suppose. If you have already become well versed in using M3 then I can see why you wouldn't want to change, why learn something new when what you know already works. I will continue to use Eden though because in the time I could place the objects for one trader zone using M3, with Eden I could have two (maybe even three after some more use). Search function helps a lot, love the undo button and the rotation and translation widgets make positioning a breeze. Give it a go, you may be pleasantly surprised with what you can do with it. If its not for you M3 or X cam is still an option.

Well it's not a direct export to sqf, but allows you to edit mission using eden then open m3editor and have objects you have placed recognized by m3. From there you can use m3 the way you used to. Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Thanks for this. Very helpful when I place objects in Eden, it then allows me to export objects to clipboard using M3editor.

Try remove TRYK. We believe it was causing our two zombie servers to crash. Since that has been removed no more crashes. Restarts are 3 or 4 hrs (can't remember which one) and that is only because the servers are run like that not because of memory leaks. Also running Cup weapons/units/vehicles/terrain core, ryan zombies and either esseker or cup terrain maps depending on server map.

Which map are you trying to use? And is that with the modules inclued in zombies mod or spawning scripts found in these forums?

@papahyooie, Have a look at @xstreme's posts in this thread. We haven't had any crashes using the spawn modules that are part of the mod like he mentions in there and that is with 20+ players on.

Thanks @wasti. Didn't get it to work with 'U' key, but gave me the idea to use it through Zeus. Certainly a lot easier than placing Exile prisoners in editor and then killing them with Zeus placed units to steal their jumpsuits. Started to do that and gave up pretty quick.

It has been working fine on the server I play and admin on. Been a constant 20 players most nights with it recently peaking at 30, no crashes. No lag spikes on zombie spawning either.

Yeah 1 by default is primary weapon I believe. It should show up in red if what you choose is the same as another key binding.

Instead of using scroll menu to find unlock/lock option you can bind a key to do this instead. Can be set up under your keyboard control settings. Just click the SHOW: drop down list and select Custom Controls (should be second from the bottom of the list). In that option there should be 20 User Action options numbered 1,2,3 etc. Select the first one and bind it to a key you are not using. Now you can just press that key to open your code lock interface or if a pin has already been entered for that restart it will unlock/lock every time you press that key near a locked object. Use this same process to enable the ability to place a 3d marker on screen for all members in your group. Will only work when you are in a group. Just make sure you select second option in that list and pick a different key to bind to it.
