Are there any 'official' servers that are run by the devs? or are we going to have to wait for all these server renter to move over to Namalsk?

i know its fast, however alot of them dont pay atention for updates, and semi decent servers have all these mods that i dont care for.

Ok, so imm fairly new to arma, dont know how setting up scenarios or stuff like that. but lets say i have All In terrain pack + exile installed. and i would like to load the map with a 'inmate' and go into spectator mode so i could take a screenshot in a freecame type of mode. dont know if im making myself clear. but any help would me great!
