Same here, me and a friend both randomly lost vests and he lost his backpack and uniform.

It happens to me if I try to access a crate from a position other than right in front of it. Also happens if two people try to access a vehicle at the same time. Although they are removing this when in your own territory on the next patch. It is originally intended to stop people from glitching for access to your crates.

Not sure anyone has posted this, but one mag disappears when you do the auto reload anim upon logging in.
