Yes you need to restart, and yes it is !="exception" Make sure it is in front of 7"" though. And by deleting CreateVehicle.txt would be removing the filters so a hacker could spawn things in. -

Alright well everything can be found here: http://rpgamers.clanwebsite.com/page/exile And you are looking in the wrong spot, as when I said look at CreatVehicle I meant the CreateVehicle.txt, look in your CreateVehicle.log copy the restriction and add the exception in the CreateVehicle.txt -

Well I would start by spawning in a tank or something of the sort, then shoot it. What you get kicked for is everything you need to allow through battleye. Most likely they will be in "CreateVehicle" And (not trying to to advertise) but I feel the same way on my groups server, but we have Biplanes that have machine guns on them as bombs would be OP. Every once in a while we do a server event and have a giant Dog Fight. It is a lot of fun, but my suggestion to you is DO NOT allow bombs, just have a plane that has machine guns or something of the sort. If you want our server info let me know. (Won't put it on your topic without your permission) -

Check your battleye filters. I believe that would be how you would. Why would you want to allow rockets anyways? They seem as if they might lag your server a lot more and be over powered. -
