Hey guys! Trying to setup this but both on local and on webhost im getting this mysqli error message, im missing something obvious here ? Im using the Mini, i can open the summary, stats are being showed, so means connection to database it's being done, but on other links like All for example i get that error and no data is show.

Never had bad custom support from tickets, and surely i don't have his skype for "having best support", to be honest with you i even try to avoid max to bother him on there, i don't like to be seen like that impertinent guy that keeps asking shit after shit and thinking that has priority over others if you know what i mean. And to be honest with you, i don't know that Robert guy that is in your logs, but doesn't seem a that he was giving you bad reply's or bad support, he offered you plenty of solutions, even offered you a new dedi and a compensation for the trouble, not sure what's your standards and what you expect from a support line, but preferences on side and don't think im saying this because i host with them and i have a nice idea from them, or im getting paid to defend them, but seems that you clearly never had any contact with a support line beside gtx guys. if you think gtx it's bad try vilayer for example and then tell me your opinion, or rent your own dedi at soyoustart and submit them a support ticket, then give me your feedback

Ah me employee of GTX ? No lol, i work on medical propaganda for living and only do this as an hobby I just have servers with them for almost 2 years and i have one of the support guys in my Skype and i just sympathise probably because he helps me a lot when i have a problem, when i need to submit a ticket i always ask to assign to him so i can deal directly with him. That's why i told you if you need a inside contact to PM me that i could give him an hint on skype.

Well i see you are upset and perfectly understand that, but seems second_coming gave you a wise and reasonable reply, and im grounding my reply and opinion on his opinion to since seems the more reasonable explanation after seeing the conversation you posted. But it's your money you are free to go to whatever place you want, but you see vilayer for example is no better, and only god knows hows other hosts support his. I've been on this game for almost 8 years, i probably rented servers on most GSP around, some of them don't exist anymore lol, and one thing i really give in credit is the support response time, even sometimes that could exist some misunderstanding and we need to calmly explain them again so they can understand, it's less frustrating that have to wait sometimes weeks for a reply, but i will not mention here names, because i don't like to flame this company or that guy, but you certainly have found situations like that or will find them. Also be careful about posting this logs, most of this companies have legal and confidential terms and they can sue you about leaking confidential information. Heads up mate, don't let this kind of things upset you and take you down, keep your business get a dedi elsewhere if you are not comfortable with them anymore and move on, life is to short to lose time with this kind of problems, specially now Tanoa is here

Well to be honest, i have to agree with most of people here, seems a datacenter fault and not GTX, they are just the middleman, and that mr Robert it's giving you choices and solutions, doesn't seem they are not trying to help you. To be honest seems more you toke a rush decision in cancelling and going on that route than trying to solve the problems with them. But you are on your right, it's your money you are free to do whatever you want, but they way you talked about GTX on the other topic and now after seeing the conversation, don't get me wrong, but they where just trying to do their job and seems they offered a lot of compensation and solutions. If you go to paypal route 80% sure you will lose since they are offering you solutions and compensations for the inconvenience caused by datacenter, as they are only the middleman and they are at the mercy of datacenter support on this to. Well move one, this kind of topics never go anywhere, as you can see all hoster's have their bad reviews, what im finding this days as you can't have a 100% perfect host, some say vilayer is crap, others say its good, some say gtx its crap, others say its good, well in the end the final decision it's yours and only yours i think. If you want my humble opinion you have 2 choices here, or get the refund they are offering you and get on another host, but only god knows how other host support his, or from what i see they are offering you a new dedi, and i believe they will pay it from their pocket just to make you running and happy with the service, i will get that new dedi and a compensation for this downtime, like ask them to get a new dedi and to reset the billing date for the day you get new dedi, its most fair thing to do.

Well like i said on a previous post, sometimes the support feedback depends a lot on the people who attend you from, i had some problems in the past but all politely solved and most of the issues was mainly misunderstanding with the guy attending me. Sure, post the conversation i believe a history always have 2 sides and we are only checking your side, not saying you are wrong or not, but been dealing with them for almost 2 years now and i don't identify what you are saying with them, unless they got a new guy or something that i didn't had opportunity to catch yet.

GTX doesn't build the machines, they order them already built from the datacenter, you just got unlucky mate, i had similar problem with another company but was RAID Card that died 3 days after, no need to rage and cancel and act like it's the end of the world lol just get the CPU fan replaced, ask a compensation for the downtime and move on. Problems happen everywhere, but with that kind of attitude doenst matter if its SS or GTX of VIL you will always be unhappy if you dont maintain your calm, try to solve the problems and don't start to threaten with a cancelation on the first ticket lol Relax mate, ask them to get the datacenter to replace the fan, sometimes datacenters take ages to reply, try to contact soyoutart or ovh for example, i have 2 dedis with them and already gave up from their support, so have some patience my friend. Depends on who attends you, even with rented servers you have always more limitations that having your own dedi , he will do all the custom modifications that you require to give you that feel of "control" over your server. I usually request him to change me the .exe for the last performance binaries from dwardens last ones, something it's impossible to change on a rented server through a control panel and he always do that manually for me. So yeah, your experience basically depends on who attends you on the other side unfortunately

Hey guys! Bec still kicking ? I installed it today, can get whitelist to work, etc etc, but badwords, or commands are not working, not sure if anything related to last arma updates or just me missing anything. Badwords and commands uncommented, the path to badwords.txt or commands it's default (inside config folder), apparently everything it's well setup, that's why my question, if parts of BEC stopped working.

Everytime you add custom stuff you almost sure have to do the filters for that custom stuff you added, or if you want the easy way, delete all filters, problem solved BTW: Im installing the update to new 0.9.6 + Namalask on GTXGaming
